Frank has been actively practicing electrical engineering since 1968. Frank founded CRS Engineering in 1975. Frank left CRS in 2005 but continued to provide consulting services on a part-time basis. In 2014 Frank decided to come out of his “part-time” retirement and form Consulting Construction Engineering, LLC.
He has been awarded the state and national ACEC Grand Award, as well as being a member of the AGC Hall of Fame.

Wade began his career with a small engineering firm in Florence, AL. In 1991 he joined McMullen Engineering in Columbus, OH and served as the Lead Electrical Designer for 9 years. In 1999 Wade joined Frank at CRS Engineering and remained through their merger with SSOE. In 2014 Wade joined Frank again to help form CCE.
